This Genuine Spare Part can be listed in your installation guide as SP1499 or 1499R depending on the age of your Tap – these are both the same part.

133.0069.265 Silk Steel (Brushed) Spout

If your Tap is dripping at the base of the Spout i.e where it is fixed into the body of the tap, then you either need to replace the O Rings (1239R) or if you have a Pin hole in your Spout or its cracked, damaged etc, you can replace the entire Spout.

Our spouts are brand new and sourced directly from the kitchen tap manufacturer. They are not seconds.

We inspect every spout before shipping to ensure it’s in perfect condition. However, on very rare occasions, a small mark may be missed by both the manufacturer and our team.

That is the only reason we apply a discount.
We offer 15% to 20% off the full RRP upfront to account for this rare possibility.

Please note: due to the time spent carefully inspecting and wrapping spouts, your order may ship a day later than usual during busy periods.

Parts might be modified by the manufacturers as part of their continual improvements. We cannot always guarantee that a part will fit an older version of a product. All spare parts that do not fit can be returned for a refund excluding shipping costs. Please Contact us prior to purchasing if you are unsure if this is the correct part for your Kitchen Tap as our Expert Customer Service Team are there to assist you.

We ship from Ireland Monday to Friday to ROI and NI

We usually dispatch the same day if the order is placed the night before or by 12 noon on a working day. Shipping Costs (P&P):

• Post (not trackable) Free shipping
• Courier (trackable) €6.15 with DPD

We make no profit from Shipping. For very small items: Screws, O Ring Kits, Aerators & some Bushes, where we can post, we post at no additional charge to the customer. Some Bushes and all Valves / Handles, due to size cannot be posted. Courier costs include VAT and costs of packaging. Current Shipping Times:

• DPD / Freight Forwarder is usually 1-2 working days but please allow longer if you live in a remote location as some couriers do not cover remote areas daily. It is very important to ensure that your shipping address is correct and always to include your Eircode / Postal code. Couriers look for a mobile phone to aid delivery.
• Post is usually 1-2 working days but it could take longer to be delivered in N.I.

At peak times of the year e.g. Christmas Period, or extreme weather, there could be delays countrywide in deliveries as volumes of goods sent by Post / Courier increase or are delayed by adverse weather conditions. This is outside our control. Reminder to avoid any misunderstandings:
