To find out what model you have,
- You might still have the original installation guide to give you clues.
- Look closely at your tap for any branding or labels. The manufacturer’s name is often stamped on the base—either at the front or the back—so be sure to check both sides. If access is tight, try taking a photo with your phone to get a better look. You might also find letters or numbers stamped on the handle or body. These markings may not give an exact match online, but they can offer useful clues about the tap’s brand or model.
- You could take a picture of your Tap and send it to your Kitchen Designer / Fitter or Plumber (whoever installed) and they might be able to advise you of the model or where they bought it.
- Or just send a picture to us, we are happy to help identify it for you.
We can help! As we are experts in selling Kitchen Taps and Genuine Tap Parts for over 40 years
If you cannot find any identifying marks on the tap, you can try searching for the brand and model online by picture but that can be very time consuming.
The quickest way is to contact us with some details as we are experts in this area.
Remember, you can contact us at any time using email or the Contact Button on the bottom left hand side on this page. If you are unsure of the tap, email photos of it and details like purchase date etc—some taps changed over time, affecting parts or seals, and we can advise accordingly.
If you also want to include what is actually wrong with your tap we can then send you a link to the Genuine Spare Part that you need to fix your Tap including DIY Guides.
We always recommend replacing a part with the Genuine Spare Part rather than a cheaper compatible Part.
