• The Franke Olympus Tap Spout comes in two finishes: Chrome and Silk Steel (Brushed). If you’re replacing an older spout (listed as part 3218R in the installation guide), please check the details below.
• If your installation guide references part SP3926, you don’t need to check for compatibility — this is the correct spout for your model.
• This replacement spout includes the O-Ring Kit 1425R and Perlator 1263R, ensuring a perfect fit and smooth operation.
• A 2.5mm Allen key is required to tighten the grub screw.

When inserting the new spout, you may need to apply some pressure to align the white PTFE O-ring with the grub screw hole. This ensures a secure fit.

• For Those with an Older Olympus Tap:

  The current spout model (3926R or SP3926) is an upgraded version of the older 3218R. While it still includes the same O-Ring Kit, it has been redesigned with an extra PTFE (Teflon) ring for added stability and improved performance. This design update comes directly from the tap manufacturer.

• Will this spout fit all Olympus taps? This spout works with the Olympus, Olympus G, Olympus S, and Olympus models. However, it won’t fit the Olympus FilterFlow or the Olympus Spring (which have different aerators).
• Are these spouts brand new? Yes, every part we sell is brand new and unused. While we offer a small discount for parts that might have minor imperfections (found during inspection), the parts are in perfect working order.
• Does this spout come with an O-Ring Kit? Yes, the spout includes the O-Ring Kit and Perlator. If you only need the O-Ring Kit, you can purchase it separately.
• Does the spout include the grub screw? Yes, the spout comes with a 2.5mm grub screw. We also sell grub screws separately. There are several sizes of grub screws used with this tap, so it’s a good idea to keep your original screw when removing the spout. If you’re purchasing the O-Ring Kit separately, we include both screw sizes in the kit. We recommend using a cloth around the base of the tap to catch the screw, in case your original size differs from the provided ones.
• Can’t find the grub screw? Feel around the back of your tap, as it’s a small hole, usually located at the back of the tap base.
• Do you provide silicone grease? We don’t include silicone grease as it should be freshly applied during installation. You can purchase it from most builders’ merchants.

All spare parts that do not fit can be returned for a refund excluding shipping costs. We usually dispatch the same day if the order is placed the night before or by 12 noon on a working day. Shipping Costs (P&P):

• Post (not trackable) Free shipping
• Courier (trackable) €6.15 with DPD

We make no profit from Shipping. For very small items: Screws, O Ring Kits, Aerators & some Bushes, where we can post, we post at no additional charge to the customer. Some Bushes and all Valves / Handles, due to size cannot be posted. Courier costs include VAT and costs of packaging. Current Shipping Times:

• DPD / Freight Forwarder is usually 1-2 working days but please allow longer if you live in a remote location as some couriers do not cover remote areas daily. It is very important to ensure that your shipping address is correct and always to include your Eircode / Postal code. Couriers look for a mobile phone to aid delivery.
• Post is usually 1-2 working days but it could take longer to be delivered in N.I.

At peak times of the year e.g. Christmas Period, or extreme weather, there could be delays countrywide in deliveries as volumes of goods sent by Post / Courier increase or are delayed by adverse weather conditions. This is outside our control. Reminder to avoid any misunderstandings:
