Your Franke Ascona Tap Dripping? Here’s What to Do
- Below are images of the Franke Ascona Tap and the Franke Ascona Tap with U Spout. Both models use many of the same parts, including valves, handles, and O-ring kits.
- If your tap looks different, or you’re unsure about which parts you need, please don’t hesitate to contact us and include a photo for better assistance.
2. Dripping at the Base of the Spout?
Leaks at the base usually mean that the O-rings need replacement. You can order your Genuine Franke Ascona O-ring Kit here.
3. Dripping from the Handle or Top of the Spout?
Leaks from the handle or the top of the spout might be caused by a loose valve or a damaged valve needing replacement. Our guide on replacing your Franke Ascona valve can help, whether you’re working with the older 3308R valve or the current 3794R model.
**Tip:** If you’ve replaced the valve recently, keep in mind that new valves might need a few days for the rubber washer to settle in. Tighten the valve carefully, and if the leak persists, email us for further advice.
